I release a new Leadership Manual at the start of every year.

Welcome to the Leadership Manual 2021 Edition.

This is my attempt to provide my clients and friends with some food for thought for the year ahead based on my research and experience.

As we have already seen, 2021 is going to be a challenging year on many fronts. Not only because we will have to face the consequences of the impact of the pandemic on business but also because our mental and physiological capacities will be stretched to their limits this year.

My wish for you is that you will experience transformational growth this year and realize that you can conquer mountains.
