It’s always great to look at what you are doing and then to ask yourself, “What’s missing?”
Meaning which behaviours, tasks, or habits could I add to my life to get me to where I want to go.
You should also consider the behaviours, tasks, or habits that you have brought with you through time.
Often, lurking, are things that contribute little (nothing) to your life or business, but you keep doing them because you keep doing them.
I have been identifying quite a few of these in my business. Remnants from BetterMan that survived the transition to my current existence as a coach, speaker, and founder of The Mental Performance Lab.
A signal that change is needed.
