I have worked with top performers from all over the world. And what I have realised is that those who do well do so because they have a personal operating system.
This isn’t exactly new. The best selling books of the past few years have alluded to how much we like to be driven by principles and habits.
What I realised was that whenever I started working with a new coaching client, irrespective of their goals, we started working on an operating system that would help them to achieve it.
And now, I want to make that process available to you.
A personal operating system really has 5 components:
1. Clarity. Everyone has an operating system. For most people, it’s set to default and the results they get are mediocre. The start of a great OS is clarity about what it’s supposed to do.
2. Change at pace.
3. Intentional routines that serve a specific function. You could easily grab a list of best practices from the internet. It wont work.
4. Values driven mental models that allow you to be more effective, resilient, and to make better decisions.
5. Ultralearning. This is based on feedback but also the new learnings.
