This is not an easy email to write.
After 809 daily email posts, I am bowing out from writing the daily email.
I started writing the daily email back in 2015. It helped me get my message out to thousands of people and in the process change many lives. (At the moment I have around 1800 testimonials from readers.)
However, over the last 3 years, my life has changed dramatically and so has the future that I imagine for myself.
Allow me to be honest and completely open with you for a second.
I intend to impact millions of people globally with my work, to be the best coach & speaker that I could possibly be and to create content that inspires new ways of thinking and acting.
More than that I want you to have the very best experience every time you interact with my brand and content.
For me to create that experience and level of thinking, I need to take a step back and live into a space that allows me creativity, deep thinking, and patience.
What does this mean for our relationship moving forward?
Well, if you will have me, I’ll still jump into your inbox at least once a week. But this time around, it won’t be a quick email. Instead, it will be an opportunity for us to go deeper into the topics that I know you care about. Topics such as becoming a high-performer, living a fulfilled life, dealing with stress & pressure, doing meaningful work, and developing mental toughness.
I cannot thank you enough for the years of support for the daily email. It has made all the difference in my life.
It’s my sincere hope that the weekly email becomes the one email you look forward to every week. And that you love it even more than the daily email. That it provides you with all the mental and emotional nourishment that you need to tap into your full potential.
This is not goodbye and I am definitely not saying that I will never come back to the daily email again.
But for now, I’d like to welcome you to the new weekly email by Mental Performance Coach, Erik Kruger. 🙂 Catch the latest edition every Friday, filled with insightful content, interesting links, and actionable insights.
Acta Non Verba,
