Life can be hard.

It breaks many people.

To survive and to thrive you need to learn to absorb the stresses, to remain composed, and then to react in a calculated manner.

How well you are able to absorb the stress depends a lot on your ability to destress.

Think of it like a sponge. A dry sponge can soak up a lot of water. One that has already been soaked cannot.

Look for small moments every day to breathe, meditate, relax.

Schedule time away from tech, stress, and responsibility.

For those who want to build and do great things, stress is a part of the game. Play it smartly.
